The Role
As a Junior Architectural Draftsperson, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our design team by transforming conceptual ideas into detailed technical drawings. Working closely with architects and designers, you’ll ensure our residential projects are executed with clarity, accuracy, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Detailed Drawings & Documentation: Develop precise architectural drawings and construction documents using ArchiCAD.
• Collaborative Translation: Work alongside architects and designers to convert creative concepts into technical drawings.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all drawings meet building codes and regulations, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Field Engagement: Assist with site visits and take field measurements to support project development.
• Design Development: Contribute actively to the evolution of design solutions, blending creativity with technical know-how.
• Organized Workflow: Maintain well-organized project files and documentation, ensuring smooth project transitions.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer Draftsperson, preferably with a focus on residential design.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in ArchiCAD are required.
• Construction Know-How: Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes.
• Communication: Excellent technical and communication skills to articulate design details effectively.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion & Quality: A deep passion for design, an eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.
• Attitude: A positive, proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
