The Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team full-time. In this in-office role, you will work closely with senior designers and project teams to develop, visualize, and refine residential design concepts. This position is perfect for a creative professional eager to build a career in residential architecture while learning from experienced industry leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Concept Development & Visualization: Assist in crafting innovative design concepts and developing visual presentations that clearly articulate the vision of each residential project.
• Collaborative Design: Work collaboratively with the team to produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and design presentations that balance creativity with functional excellence.
• Technical Documentation: Support the production of construction documents and shop drawings that guide each project from initial concept through to build.
• Material & Form Exploration: Investigate materiality, form, and spatial relationships to enhance the aesthetic and practical quality of your designs.
• Team Engagement: Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and project meetings to continuously refine your skills and contribute fresh ideas.

Who We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in a design-focused environment, with a strong interest in residential architecture.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in ArchiCAD is required
• Creative & Collaborative: A motivated self-starter with strong graphic skills, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for designing beautiful, livable spaces.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
